Quad Exhibitor Package | $10,000

Located at the heart of our campus between the Exhibitor Hall and the Worship Center, the quad is home to coffee, fresh-baked goods, roasted nuts, and special events like Late Night Hot Dogs & Lemonade.

The Quad Exhibitor receives all benefits of an exhibitor AND:

✓ A large quad banner (pictured above), limited to one exhibitor. Maximum visibility in one of the most highly trafficked areas on campus.

Attendee Bag Exhibitor Package | $10,000

The attendee bag is given at check-in and quickly becomes essential for carrying resources, notebooks, and newly purchased books from the bookstore.

The Attendee Bag Exhibitor receives all benefits of an exhibitor AND:

✓ Your logo on one side of the official conference bag, distributed to every attendee at registration. Limited to one exhibitor.

Coffee Cart Exhibitor Package | $10,000

An attendee favorite, the coffee cart is front and center throughout the conference. Drinks are complimentary to the attendees.

The Coffee Cart Exhibitor receives all benefits of an exhibitor AND:

✓ A vertical pop-up banner adjacent to the coffee cart for the entirety of the conference(pictured above); limited to one exhibitor.

Sales & Handouts

Selling any item from the exhibit space is prohibited.  All sales are to be made through the conference bookstore and must be pre-approved by Coram Deo prior to the conference. All handouts (books, T-shirts, CDs, etc) must be pre-approved.

Raffles/Drawings

All raffles and drawings are prohibited unless pre-approved.

Accommodations

Partner ministries are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals.

Audio

All use of audio equipment must be pre-approved by Coram Deo leadership.

Electric and WIFI

Electricity is available upon request, subject to capacity. WIFI is included with the exhibitor fee.

Roaming

Roaming is prohibited. Distribution of any pre-approved materials can only be done from the assigned booth space.

Fundraising

Fundraising is not permitted at the conference.

Supplies

Partner ministries are responsible for bringing all supplies.

Hours of Operation

All exhibits must close during the main sessions.

Event Insurance

$1,000,000 of general liability coverage is required to exhibit.
