Grounded in the historic Reformed tradition, these videos feature concise theological teachings alongside live Q&A sessions with Kevin DeYoung. Presented in a short, professional, and attractive format, we hope this library helps you understand what the Bible teaches, defend what the Bible teaches, and enjoy the God whom the Bible reveals.
Kevin DeYoung walks through the relationship between divine sovereignty and human petition during the live Clearly Reformed Q&A event.

Kevin tackles this simple question with clarity and biblical truth. The Devil is about making sin look normal and righteousness look strange.
Kevin walks through the central claim of the Christian faith, answering a live attendee’s question: “Who is Jesus?”

God does not just have some attributes. God is whatever he has. Every attribute of God is identical with his essence.

There is nowhere where God is “not” and he cannot be contained by anything; not by any imperfection, not by time, and not by space.

Divine aseity means God exists in and of himself. He is before all things, and on him all things depend. He exists absolutely independent of anything or anyone.

God is whatever he has (that’s simplicity), and all that he is and all that he has can never change (that’s immutability).

As the Westminster Confession states, “God is without body, parts, or passions.” Why should Christians still affirm divine impassibility?

God only and always speaks and does what is the truth. God knows all things, is wise in all things, and is true in all things.

It’s important to understand that these attributes are not in conflict with one another—but all of them are essential to the divine nature.

When we think about the power of God, the sovereignty of God, we should not conclude, therefore, that God is too great to care, but rather that he is too great to fail.
